I am a computational biologist with a passion for unraveling the intricacies of high-throughput biological data. Armed with a diverse skill set, I navigate the realms of bioinformatics with ease, proficient in an array of programming languages such as R, Bash, Shell scripting, Python, Perl, and CGI-Perl. My expertise extends beyond conventional data analysis to the implementation of cutting-edge supervised and unsupervised machine learning and deep learning techniques.

My forte lies in the adept handling of diverse Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and multi-omics epigenetics data, where I derive meaningful insights and contribute to the ever-evolving landscape of computational biology. I find joy in transforming complex datasets into actionable knowledge, and I am driven by the excitement of pushing the boundaries of bioinformatics.
